SIZE: This apartment sleeps comfortably 2 to 3 person. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION:  This Paris flat welcomes a Queen size bed in the separate bedroom. A large couch convertible in double bed and really adapted for sleeping accommodation in the living room.

Two bathrooms are present for a complete comfort.

Warm ambiance with the working fire place, upholstered red colored fabric armchairs, heavy creamy colored fitted coco carpet, pretty large curtains cover the large windows, large sofa in the same light tones so that not to break the harmony. A huge XIX th century period Norman armoire hides the TV and hi-fi stereo system.
• An antique wooden dining table with four chairs, an impressive wooden bronze Empire style Buffet, bronze candelabras, ambiance lamps create the ambiance of the dining room area. Fourteen original framed prints from monuments and view of Paris are exposed on freshly painted walls to enlighten with a Parisian note.
• The office area located close to the separate kitchen is arranged with a very nice and large English style wooden desk and another Buffet.
• The separate bedroom, on the left size of the foyer entrance, looking onto the courtyard is laid out with an 19th century English style. A "chiffonier" at the entrance, bedside tables, again heavy creamy colored fitted coco carpet. Walls are delicately adorned with old prints of the City. Queen sized bed with bedside tables.
• The bathroom adjoined to the bedroom is made up with beige colored marble bathroom and is equipped with a full size bathtub, shower fixture, WC, large wash basin and large set of mirrors all lighted with halogen spots.
• Four small stairs will give you access to the separate second bathroom equipped with shower, wash basin and WC for extra guests.
• The separate modern and stylish update freshly remodeled and redone kitchen is made with noble materials. White and modern tiled floor, large and bright repainted windows, complete work surface in Black stone, new wooden pine cupboards. Main electrical items : large fridge with separate freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer unit, electrical and gas burners, update oven and microwave unit, toaster, coffee maker. A wooden table with two chairs will welcome you for breakfasts or lunches.
• Other main electrical appliances for your convenience: Cable TV (with the main international channels), CD player, private telephone line with answering machine.
