On the Left Bank, next to the famous restaurant "La Tour d'Argent" this Paris vacation rental apartment is not only very close to the Ile Saint Louis but also to the Latin Quarter and the Ile de la Cité. You will certainly be impressed by the panoramic views the property offers from the windows of the different rooms: Notre Dame Catherdral, Seine River, Pont de la Tournelle, Ile Saint Louis, Bastille. A quiet and divine spot to contemplate Paris alive.
This Paris apartment is ideally located for easy walking distance to Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame-Cathedral, Jardin des Plantes, Pompidou Centre and sites (Arènes de Lutèce ...) but also the famous Rue Mouffetard off the Place de la Contrescarpe... Restaurants such as the La Rotisserie du Beaujolais are close by as well. Bakery, grocery, and fine shops are to be found on the Left Bank or also on the Ile Saint Louis by just crossing the Pont de la Tournelle bridge.
METROS: Sully Morland (line 7) or Cardinal Lemoine (line 10) : 2 to 4 minutes walking distance.

- Located across from the Pont de la Tournelle bridge with nice views on Seine river, the Ile Saint Louis, the Ile de la Cité and Notre-Dame Cathedral. The famous Tour d'Argent restaurant is right next door. This is an elegant 19th century renovated building.

- New and contemporary materials provide extra comfort: modern parquet floors in the living room and separate bedroom. Double glazing on each of the windows to insure your tranquility. Very large bathroom. The general lay out of living space is well organized.
- The property is mostly furnished with an elegant mixture of Art deco style pieces and contemporary decorative objets.
- The foyer entrance has an an antique chest of drawers surmounted by a mirror and chrome candelabras.
- The separate living room is bathed in the day light. Modern parquet wooden floor. The marble fire place is surmounted by a large gilded mirror. The mantle is adorned with an art deco lion sculpture.
- The living room area also has a comfortable contemporary beige couch,that is accompanied on each side by two marble end tables with two art deco reading lamps. A coffee table with two leather "club sofas" are facing the couch for user-friendly moments.
- The dining room area is adjusted for ideal dinners or lunches with an antique "art deco" wooden table and four chairs.
- The master bedroom looks onto "La Tour d'Argent" and offers a king sized bed with a beautifully sculpted wooden head board. Two charming bedside tables are on each side with reading lamps. The marble fire place with its large gilded mirror at the very centre of this room and the antique wooden dressing table convey a romantic touch to this place. Large closets equipped are equipped with shelves and a walk-in closet.
- The Large updated bathroom has all white tiles and a large lit mirror, a bathtub with shower fixture, a separate shower cabin, double washbasins, toiletries and WC. Hair dryer and towel warmer are available.
- The second alcove bedroom adjoins the living room and separated by wooden beams is hidden with a heavy curtains from the living room to provide extra privacy. This room has a queen size bed, bedside table and reading lamp, and engravings .
- The separate kitchen has a view of the Ile Saint Louis and the Seine River. It is fully equipped with all the main electrical items are present : large refrigerator with freezer, unit with oven and gas burners, coffeemaker, electrical kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer combination unit. All the main dishes, cutlery, glassware are provided for your convenience. A charming art deco style wooden table with two chairs will welcome your quiet breakfasts or lunches.

Trip Advisor Website Review: We have recently returned from a trip to Paris, that most romantic of all cities, where we stayed for a month on the magical Ile Saint-Louis, the most romantic and beautiful place to stay in Paris. Many people don’t seem to have heard of this tiny island, adjoining Ile de la Cité, and it is a quiet oasis in the heart of Paris, tranquil and peaceful, yet close to all the major sight-seeing you’ll want to do. We discovered a wonderful company, Guest Apartment Services, Paris, who manage over 30 apartments on the island or closely adjoining it, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. First their web-site: the photos of the apartments we stayed in looked picture post-card perfect, but the real thing was even better. I’ll never forget arriving on a cold winter’s day in January and walking into this glorious apartment (Acacia), all bathed in afternoon sunlight and with fabulous views across the Seine of Notre Dame Cathedral on one side and the Pantheon on the other. It is like a room out of Versailles Palace, but with all modern conveniences and a luxury kitchen. Our eleven day stay here was all too short, and each day we had trouble leaving the apartment to go sight-seeing, as we had it all there in front of us. We even had a tiny balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Seine. I defy anyone to find a better place to stay in all Paris! For the remainder of the month, we stayed in another superb apartment, Arum, just across the other side of the river, with equally stunning views and so spacious, we couldn’t believe it. Here we were treated to Art Deco luxury and views across the Seine of Notre Dame and the Ile Saint Louis. All our luggage was, of course moved across for us! The wonderful team at Guest Apartment Services look after your every need, organising an excellent limousine service to take you to and from the airport, recommending and booking restaurants and sight-seeing tours, a mid-week cleaning service and in fact, anything you need to make your stay very special and perfect. Situated in the middle of the island, they are right on hand if you need anything, and cheerfully came over to show us how to use the television and to bring us extra coat-hangers. It’s like being in a luxury hotel, but with greater privacy and at a fraction of the cost. I can’t speak highly enough of this wonderful company. Since our return, they have offered to pick up our lost wallet from the police station and post it to us. They have a wide range of apartments on the island to suit most budgets and charge no extra for all their helpful services I will never stay anywhere else in Paris now that I have experienced the best.

Bonjour Philippe and Christophe, I have been meaning to write and tell you how much Warren and I enjoyed our stay in your beautiful apartment from 3rd to 10th May. It is a lovely light and airy apartment with lots of space and magnificent views in a great location. Our tickets to the ballet at the Bastille were wonderful - the best seats in the theatre and we enjoyed the performance very much. We enjoyed our meals at Le Petit Pontoise, Le Fin Gourmet and La Rotisserie du Beaujolais and at the Musee d'Orsay. Also Vincent and his driver made our drive to the Gard du Nord and boarding the train so easy. He is wonderful and a great asset to Guest Apartment Services.
