The limousine service on arrival, the restaurant recommendations, a man arrived very quickly to assist us with our appliances when we could not work it out and telephone support was great. loved the small touches, the flowers and linens and the mid week cleaning service were all appreciated. Dear Philippe, Christophe and Lilianne, Just wanted to thank you and the entire staff at Guest Apartment Services for another great apartment experience this past week.The girls at the front desk of your beautiful new offices were extremely helpful, friendly and fortunately for me, spoke perfect English. My wife and I have been fortunate to be able to visit Paris about 10 times in the past 8 years. We have used your services 4 times and have just reserved with you again during the winter 2013 season. Your services are more than professional and have always met our every request with a smile. We have stayed at the “Sunflower” property 3 times and the “Arum” property once . Each apartment was ideal for our purposes. Both properties are perfectly located and we were able to navigate the city easily from there. The restaurants along rue Moufatard are great and we have visited them several times. The apartments have always been modern, clean and welcoming. On this last trip, we asked for an air conditioning unit and it was installed and ready for use when we arrived. We also asked that dinner reservations be made for several restaurants we have had difficulty getting into on past visits. Lilliane handled this perfectly for us and helped make our visit even more special. In closing, thanks again to you all for a most pleasant experience. Look forward to seeing you again in January. We arrived home on Friday after a fantastic stay in Paris. I picked up one of our popular magazines in a cafe today and there is an article about you both and the service you provide. I think it was in Vogue (Australia). We very much enjoyed staying in the apartment and the Marais, we felt rather trendy.! My sister and her friend were also delighted with everything . It was very nice to have the apartment cleaned during our stay, which we did not expect. The flowers were a lovely welcome and all of us appreciated the excellent service of Michelle and Paul, it made everything very stress free. The weather was kind to us and our flight home went like clockwork. Although we didn't get in touch during our stay, we very much appreciated that you offer a very good service.
