LOCATION: On the Left Bank, in the heart of the old Latin Quarter, this Paris vacation rental apartment is not only close to the Pantheon but also to the Boulevard Saint-Germain. You will quicky be impressed by the amazing panoramic views from the property: Notre Dame Cathedral, Hotel de Ville, Sacré Coeur...everything the Right Bank has to offer! It is a quiet and divine place from which to contemplate Paris alive. Even more exciting are the balcony accessible from the living area and the terrace accessible from the loft!
This Paris vacation rental apartment is ideally located and within easy walking distance to many of the Left Bank monuments, as well as Notre-Dame Cathedral, Jardin des Plantes and other sites (Arènes de Lutèce...) but also the famous Rue Mouffetard off the Place de la Contrescarpe ... Restaurants such as La Rotisserie du Beaujolais are close by too. Bakery, grocery, and fine shops are within a short walking distance.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION: The separate master bedroom offers a king size bed that can be separated into two twin beds.
The loft bedroom is accessible by a staircase in the living area and offers a wide single size bed.
The marble bathroom has bathtub, toiletries, large wash basin, lit mirror and washer/dryer. The WC is separate.

• The second loft bedroom is accessible from the living room by a staircase. This room is lightly decorated with a wide single size bed, bedside table, reading lamp, and engravings. Not only does the loft have the same great views as the living room, but it also has access to a private terrace on the roof.
• The kitchen is open to the living area and also has stunning Parisian views. All the main electrical items are present: refrigerator with freezer, oven and ceramic cook top, coffeemaker, electrical kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. Dishes, cutlery, glassware are provided for your convenience.

We arrived home on Friday after a fantastic stay in Paris. I picked up one of our popular magazines in a cafe today and there is an article about you both and the service you provide. I think it was in Vogue (Australia). We very much enjoyed staying in the apartment and the Marais, we felt rather trendy.! My sister and her friend were also delighted with everything . It was very nice to have the apartment cleaned during our stay, which we did not expect. The flowers were a lovely welcome and all of us appreciated the excellent service of Michelle and Paul, it made everything very stress free. The weather was kind to us and our flight home went like clockwork. Although we didn't get in touch during our stay, we very much appreciated that you offer a very good service.
