On the Left Bank of the Seine, in the heart of the old Latin Quarter, this Paris luxury apartment for rent is not only close to the Pantheon and the Sorbonne but also to the Boulevard Saint-Germain. You can enjoy views of a typical Paris neighborhood from the balcony. You will certainly be charmed by this warm, bright and stylish one bedroom apartment. It was completely and carefully renovated to provide you with a luxurious Left Bank experience
This Paris apartment is ideally located for easy walking distance to many of the Left Bank monuments, as well as Notre-Dame Cathedral, Jardin des Plantes, Cluny Medieval Art Museum as well as many other sites (Arènes de Lutèce, the stunning Paris Mosque, etc...) but also the famous Rue Mouffetard off the Place de la Contrescarpe ... Restaurants such as the La Rotisserie du Beaujolais are close by too. Bakery, grocery, and fine shops are within a short walking distance.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION: The separate master bedroom offers you a King size bed for long, luxurious sleeps. The sofa in the living room converts into a high quality queen size bed.
The bathroom has large shower, toiletries, large wash basin, lit mirror, hair dryer and WC.
METROS: Cardinal Lemoine (line 10), Place Monge (line 7) : 2 to 4 minutes walking distance.

• 2nd French floor with elevator access. This apartment has electric heaters.

Floor to ceiling double glazed windows to ensure quietness and plenty of light. Entirely renovated bathroom. The general lay out is well organized for each room.
• The property is furnished with an elegant mixture of traditional pieces and contemporary decoration.
• The living room is bathed in day light. Access to the balcony is from the living room. A high quality sofa (converts into a queen size bed) and an ottoman invite you for relaxing evenings reading, watching the cable equipped flat screen, a dvd on the multi-zone player or better still enjoying champagne with your friends.
• Close by, the dining room area can receive up to four persons for intimate, home-made meals.
• The stately bedroom offers a King sized bed fit for royalty. Two wall sconces and a crystal chandelier provide light and ambiance. The bedroom overlooks a quiet courtyard...far from the noise of the city. The armoire has plenty of drawers and place to hang your clothing.
• The renovated bathroom is tiled in darker tones, has large lit mirror, a large shower, wash basin, and toiletries. Hair dryer and towel warmer are available. The WC is located here as well.
• The customized kitchen is large and open to the living area. All the main electrical items are present: refrigerator with freezer, oven and ceramic cook top, coffeemaker, electrical kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and separate full sized washer and dryer. Dishes, cutlery, glassware are provided.
• For a maximum comfort other modern electrical appliances are at your disposal in this weekly rental: A plasma TV with cable offering the main international channels with CNN, BBC ...A new multi-zone DVD player, hi-fi stereo with CD player, Private telephone line with answering machine.

Bonjour Christophe, Philippe and Marie, I acknowledge and thank you for your email of the 6th November with advice regarding the outgoing inspection of our Allysum apartment. I am glad you were satisfied with the condition in which we left it. Firstly, our stay in Paris was truly enhanced by the lovely abode in which we stayed and congratulations must go to Guest Apartment Services for making this property available. It was perfect for our needs. The decor was delightful with the most charming French flavour and amenities within just right. The location was also excellent with basic daily needs taken care of with the Boulangerie and News Agency directly across the road, the Supermarket two doors up and importantly the Metro station on our doorstep. Please pass on my compliments to the owner of Allysum apartment. We were very aware of the finer touches put in place for our convenience. We really appreciated the many little extras including the wonderful library of guide books on Paris and the hand written notes accompanying them. They were immensely helpful. Please also thank Liliane for arranging for our Seine Dinner Cruise with Califfe. It was a lovely night. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive and we were lucky to have clear skys and a full moon as well! Our Paris visit was a highlight of our 5 week holiday and although 8 days was a generous allowance, we only skimmed the surface of your enchanting City. Dear Marie, Philippe et Christopher – Just a quick note to thank you for the wonderful service and accommodation during our last trip to Paris. The “Alyssum” apartment was ideal for our purposes on this short visit: walking distance to restaurants, markets, shops and other neighbourhoods. It is an ideal spot from which to explore the Latin Quarter and we very much enjoyed the efficient layout of the apartment – I had originally feared that it might feel too small, but in fact it works remarkably well. As always, the little touches, from fresh flowers to chocolates to the very fine linens were much appreciated. All our meals were memorable, and thank you so much for the reservations – we strongly recommend Les 110 de Taillevent, where we celebrated my birthday. Coming "home" each evening to the Alyssum, this spacious and comfortable apartment enhanced every day of our two week stay in Paris. We were so impressed with the careful and respectful renovation of this lovely 18th Century apartment. The photos accurately show the lovely wall colors, beautiful window treatments, state-of-the-art kitchen appliances, luxury styled bathroom and the quaint balcony for two. The furniture is elegant and very comfortable and the pillow soft bed made for a luxurious sleep every night. We ate many meals at the Alyssum after shopping at the nearby open market on Rue Monge, bakery and butcher shops across the street and at the full service grocery store one door away. The proximity of the two Metros made our daily excursions and evenings at Sainte Chapelle and the Opera Palais Garnier an easy task. We also loved being able to walk to the Pantheon, rue St. Germain des Pres, the bridges over the Seine, the fun Mouffetard area and Luxembourg Park for picnics. This home is all about luxury and location! Thank you, Phillippe and Christophe, for making the reservation and arrival procedures so easy and comfortable! Bonjour! My new bride and I spent our honeymoon in this property between 4 April 2011 and 14 April 2011. We had a fabulous experience in this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for full immersion in a thriving Parisian neighborhood. The concierge service provided by Guest Apartment Services went well above our expectations. When one of our checked bags was lost by the airline on the flight from Atlanta, they offered to call the airline for us and arrange delivery to their office, so that we could be out enjoying Paris instead of wasting half a day waiting for the bag to be delivered! They were also invaluable in making dinner reservations for us on two separate occasions. The Alyssum property was recently renovated in December. The cabinets, upholstery, bed linens and furniture were all in immaculate condition. Our favorite feature was the double vanity in the newly renovated bathroom. The fabulous Latin Quarter neighborhood offers many great bakeries, cheese shops, as well as a few great wine merchants. There is also a grocery store on the same block which we found invaluable for stocking up on few staples for the refrigerator. Another great feature of this property was the brand-new washer and dryer combo. We made good use of both as we could not pack enough clothes for ten days/nights. We are definitely planning on staying in the Alyssum apartment again in the near future. Bon Journée! Aaron Montlary.
