The entrance features a door code for security and a second inside door requiring a key. The entrance foyer to the building and grand staircase set the mood and tone of the apartment : OLD WORLD CHARM WITH CONTEMPORARY STYLE AND COMFORT.
The entrance to this 3rd floor apartment is through a brand new and well equipped kitchen. There is a mix of old style with Versailles parquet, high ceiling and beams that add warmth. The cabinetry is contemporary and reflects the light of a small, bright chandelier. The kitchen is fully equipped.
From the kitchen you will access the living and dining area with stunning original wooden beamed ceiling and large windows offering views south and onto the bustling Paris street below. The furniture is a chic mix of contemporary furniture and French classic style pieces. There is warm ambiance with the colors and fabrics, as well as comfort with the oversize couch and large arm chairs. The mirrored closets reflect all the light from outside and make the room feel even more spacious. There is a flat screen TV and hi-fi stereo system for relaxing and catching up on the news.
A Louis XVth style dining table with four chairs, an impressive wooden and bronze buffet, two chandeliers, floor lamps and contemporary art complete the setting.
The separate bedroom, on the right side of the living area, overlooks the same view of the stunning Saint Paul church. The curtains will permit you to sleep in should you desire.

We found the apartment to be absolutely wonderful, the location amazing and your service very professional. Everything was explained to us up-front and your team was very flexible in handling our air conditioning request. Our pick up service to the airport (I can't remember the gentleman's name) went perfectly and he was very helpful with bringing our luggage to the van. He even brought a baby seat in case we needed it which was very thoughtful. All in all, we were extremely impressed and happy with your service.
