The Ile Saint Louis is literally the historical heart of the city, a small island in the Seine and, accordingly, one of the most charming and exclusive neighbourhoods Paris has to offer. The setting could not be more convenient for exploring every arrondissement- a 5 minute walk to Notre-Dame Cathedral, Beaubourg and the Marais. You are also a short walk from all the necessary shops and services which will make your stay especially comfortable. It is an ideal location for a Paris vacation rental stay.
This comfortable vacation rental apartment is decorated with harmony and is located in a 17th century building on the 3rd French Floor. It is on a street perpendicular to the main street Rue Saint Louis.
You will find in your street a pharmacy, a post office, a news agent, a bakery, a grocery. In the main street restaurants and brasseries, another grocery, art galleries, shops selling traditional fresh products are proposed to you. Not only at the heart of Paris but also at the heart of a village life, you will be, without any doubt, provided with a change of scenery. Besides, this Paris apartment short term rental is quite close to the most important attractive places such as Notre Dame Cathedral, Latin Quarter, the Pompidou Centre and the Louvre Museum within either easy walking distance or subway transport.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION: The separate bedroom located on the very quiet courtyard side and offers a King sized bed, which can be converted into twin beds. In addition, the separate living room offers a couch convertible into a double bed (perfectly adapted for sleeping accommodation) for extra guests.
VACATION RENTAL FEATURES:
- The combination of all the charm of " Le Grand siècle " with all the comfort and convenience of the 21st century has created a soft ambiance in this Paris flat. The exposed beams, the large French windows that let enter a lot of natural light makes this a cozy, bright place.
- At the entrance the long corridor access to all the rooms of the apartment.
- The largest space is the salon which measures about 40 square meters. This room combines the living area, the dining area, the office space and an open kitchen. The two large windows have warm coloured taffeta curtains, the wooden beams and the beige colored carpet create an atmosphere of comfort and warmth.
- In the living area is a beige sofa bed and a cocktail table with two antique armchairs which offer a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A mirrored Louis XVI style wardrobe houses the flat screen color cable TV and a hi-fi stereo with CD player. The large gilded mirror, sculpture, paintings and antique prints framed add to the charm of this Paris apartment rental.
- The dining room offers a nice antique Louis Philippe style table with four chairs for your lunches and dinners. A nicely carved wooden desk with reading lamp and chair are a perfect spot to install your computer to emailing.
- High Speed Wifi internet is provided with DSL including unlimited free connection
- The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electrical cooker unit with four burners with extractor hood and oven, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and cupboards containing dishes and cutlery.
- The quiet separate bedroom located on the courtyard side has a King sized bed that can be converted into twin beds. There are two antique wooden bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. A very nice Louis XVI style wardrobe and closets with shelving allow you to arrange your personal belongings and luggage out of your way.
- Quality linen and fresh towels are provided to all guests in this Paris vacation rental.
- The functional bathroom has a bathtub with shower fixture, closing curtains and wash basin, lit mirror and toiletries cabinets. Hair dryer, iron and provided.
- In the entrance there are several large closest where you will find the washing machine/ dryer combination unit . This storage space are also useful for storing luggage.
- Separate WC is in the hallway between the entrance and living room area.
- Your friends and guests can alert you of their arrival via an intercom device located at the front door.
