Dear Philippe, Christophe and Thomas, How can we thank you enough for a most tres magnifique stay with you in Paris! Our apartment was a dream and every moment we spent in it was heaven. Even though we have been to Paris many many, times and did not require much assistance from you, your wonderfully warm hospitality was so very much appreciated. Having spent time in some of the top Paris hotels including the very top Four Seasons Georges V, they have nothing over the fabulous Snowdrop apt. It was far, far, far better than any including the best Paris hotels. As a chef and cookbook author, it was pure joy for me to go to the markets and bring back all my goodies to prepare in our inviting kitchen. The kitchen is so well stocked, I took note of a few things I'd like to have in my own professional kitchen! Best of all even though you are on a busy thoroughfare, it apt was nice and quiet especially the bedroom. It was fun gazing at all the tourists teeming around Notre Dame. And watching the booksellers performing their trade from up above through the floor to ceiling windows was so quintessential Paris! I would highly recommend Guest Apartment Aervices to anyone wanting a classy, beautiful apt. The opportunity alone to deal with such fine gentlemen as yourselves was worth every euro! We found your company on the Internet among many others but what made us decide on your organization was the quality of your portfolio as well as the comprehensiveness of your website. I definitely knew that you were the company for us when I read how particular you were about the linens.....attention to detail is everything! Having been an executive in the hotel business for many years my husband often tells me I am overly particular. However I must say you exceeded our expectations in every way.From the first time we corresponded with Guest Apartments you were very professional and efficient. Your contracts are clearly laid out and leave no room for misinterpretation. Also we appreciated your help with a hotel recommendation when we arrived , restaurant reservations and airport transfers. The concert at Saint Chapelle was definitely an incredible experience and a highlight of our trip. We loved the apartment and it was everything you described. The flowers were a lovely touch. The housekeeping service on Tuesday was perfect too. Of course the orientation and check in was most informative, thorough and so welcoming .. I breathed a sigh of relief! Bonjour! How can I thank you enough for the magnificent bouquet of beautiful flowers that have just been delivered to our door? The white roses are very large blossomed and have a lovely, gentle aroma. The lilies will soon be in full bloom in all of their glory, and the green chrysanthemums emphasize the whiteness of the other flowers perfectly! Merci, merci, merci! Also, to Philippe -- bravo! We could not believe that you were able to make reservations for us at Chez L'Ami Louis on such short notice. We had decided just at the last moment to try to have lunch there, but did not really expect that you would be successful. I must tell you that there was not an empty seat in the restaurant! We had foie gras --three generous thick slices with a very, very dense texture and, of course, a wonderful richness and fullness of flavour -- and then the chicken -- crisp, juicy and again, very, very flavourful. We do thank you for making a very special lunch possible for us. It will be one of our most outstanding memories of our time here in Paris. Au revoir, Janet

Na chegada, fui recebido pelo servico de transfer e tive uma primeira impressao melhor da que eu esperava: um apartamento com uma vista espetacular da Notre Dame, com um design moderno e flores na chegada. Os servicos prestados pela equipe sao excelentes, e já retornei com minha familia em setembro de 2009 para uma estada mais curta em outro apartamento da rede, com a mesma qualidade.
