Thankyou for the excellent service provided. Our stay could not have been any better in Paris. The apartment was better than expected with extremely comfortable beds. The fresh linen and towels were abundant. The welcoming party was very impressive and the fresh flowers added a special touch to our arrival. It was clear from the start we booked a special place where attention to detail is important. The location was excellent close to all the important sites in Paris and close to 2 metro stops. We will definitely use your services next time we are in Paris. Thanks Phil

Dear Mr. Christophe and Mr. Philippe, When we started planning our European holiday we know that we wanted our time in Paris to be very special. Staying in an apartment and living like locals was what we wanted to experience instead of just another hotel room. Your website was wonderful – the hardest part was choosing which lovely property to stay in. We really appreciated the limousine transfer from and to the airport as well as the welcome meeting at the apartment. The beautiful roses were a perfect touch. Having booked apartments on the internet before and being disappointed when we saw the actual property we were delighted that Lupin looked exactly like the website photos. Many thanks for your suggestion about the concert at St.Chapelle and arranging the tickets for us – it was one of the highlights of our trip. Many Thanks , Neil and Theresa McPhail.

Philippe and Christophe, Thank you for your e-mail and thank you for providing us with such a nice home away from home for the week. It was great to feel like we were living in Paris -- if only for seven days-- and not just being tourists. It was the perfect way to celebrate Whitney's mother's birthday. We also want to thank you again for the extra services you provided – the great seats for the excellent concert at Ste. Chapelle; the restaurant and dinner recommendations and reservations; and especially for receiving and then delivering to the apartment our luggage when it arrived a day late. All made our vacation that much more enjoyable. We have already recommended Guest Apartment Services to friends, and very much look forward to staying in another of your apartments on our next trip to Paris. Bill & Whitney Babash

Bonjour Philippe & Christophe, We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Lupin in Le Marais. Many thanks for your excellent service - including Martin's chauffeur service and quick tour of Paris on early arrival & arranging for our luggage to be stored prior to check in which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was gorgeous, in a terrific location, and fitted out with all we needed - an ideal base for our family holiday. The lively atmosphere of Le Marais was great (the summer festival especially intrigued the children watching street partying from the balcony!) We hope to visit again soon, and will certainly recommend your services to our friends. Kind regards, Sarah & Ross Ferguson Melbourne Australia

Hello All, I just wanted to say again how much we appreciated our time in your guest apartment. Everything was perfect and spotless, plenty of room and sunlight, every convenience and amenity, including three options in the preparation of coffee, which I thought was really decent of you. The flowers you bought opened beautifully, and it was a luxury to find robes and so many towels. You can tell a lot about a place from the linen, don't you think? We loved our stay, every single minute of it, loved our location and our home away from home, and thank you for all your attention along the way. Our best regards, and see you again soon, I hope. Denise Metz.

Merci beaucoup Philippe, Joseph and I enjoyed a marvelous stay in Paris; a visit that was made all the more delightful by our residence in your wonderful Marais apartment! We have been praising France, Guest Apartment Services and, most especially, the highly-professional and expert service that you and Christophe offer your guests. We have shared your website address with numerous friends and we definitely hope to stay with you again on our next journey to Paris; a trip that will, hopefully, not be too far in the future! As an additional note, you should know that we were exceptionally pleased with both Victor’s car service (i.e., Vincent and John) and the professionalism and unobtrusiveness of your very polite housekeeping staff. Without doubt, their efforts made our arrival, stay and departure care-free and for that we are both grateful. Thank you and Christophe once again for creating an environment that only added to the sheer delight of being in Paris. Very best regards and a bientot, Eric and Joseph

Dear Philippe & Christophe Thank you for a wonderful stay. Our accommodation in your apartment was absolutely lovely and we did not want to leave, but unfortunately had already made other plans in other cities. The location was very central and within walking distance of many locations as well as numerous food outlets. The apartment was beautifully decorated and preserved. Your attention to detail in providing us with toiletries, lots of linen and the fresh flowers was much appreciated. I would also like to convey our thanks to Victor and his team of drivers. Their service was excellent and their assistance in helping us locate a lost bag at the station was impeccable. I would appreciate if you could forward an email address to me so that I may convey my thanks to them. Thank you once again for your assistance, and we will contact you when we are looking for our next accommodation. Kind regards, Michelle Bignell (Australia)
