LOCATION: On the left Bank, this luxury apartment is ideal for a vacation in Paris. This Paris luxury rental apartment is strategically located on the Quai de Montebello, close to and with fabulous views of Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Isle de la Cité, the Isle Saint Louis and the Seine River. It is ideally situated for the numerous fine shops on the Left Bank boulevards nearby. The daily conveniences of a bakery, pharmacy, post office, grocery store, restaurants, and fine shops with typical French products are all to be found on these boulevards. Crossing the bridge just outside takes you to the Isle de la Cité for the cathedral, the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie museum.

METROS: Saint-Michel (line 4), Cardinal Lemoine (line 10) and Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame RER train station (line B): 2-5 minutes walking distance. Taxi station is within minutes of the property.

VACATION RENTAL FEATURES :

  • This light filled, contemporary, Contemporary style apartment features parquet flooring throughout all 110 square meters as well as a view of the Seine River and on Notre-Dame cathedral. 3rd Floor with elevator.

  • A blend of antique furniture and luxurious contemporary fittings creates a strikingly elegant atmosphere.

  • Off of the long central corridor is a large bedroom with a king size bed that can split into twins and a view of the river and cathedral.

  • The bright and spacious reception room has four large French windows. The décor reflects an elegant mix of various Asian and European cultures. At the centre of the room, a large sectional couch and cocktail table invite you to relax and enjoy the view or the large flat screen TV.

  • This large reception room is made over to home entertainment with a cable TV (including all main international channels) and stereo system with CD player.

  • The office area has a bureau where you can install your laptop for high speed surfing of the internet. An elegant armoire provides room for storage should you need it.

  • The dining area faces the French windows and has a large, round carved wooden table surrounds by Philippe Starck ghost chairs. The dining area offers the same views of the river and cathedral.

  • A long corridor off the living room is fitted on one side with built in cupboards, offering plenty of room for your personal belongings.

  • At the end of the corridor, the master bedroom is decorated in contemporary style as well, the yellow silk curtains are lined and will provide total darkness should you need to rest. The double glazed windows cut out all outdoor sounds as well. The Queen Size bed is covered in red fabrics and the painted side tables have bright reading lamps. Delicate sunburst mirrors hang over the bed.

  • The luxurious bathroom has a stylish bathtub with shower, built in shelving, and marble topped vanity with a large, brightly lit mirror, toiletries, and hair dryer. WC is separate and accessible from another door in the hallway. 

  • The kitchen is fitted with custom made base and wall cabinets. A large mirror graces the wall. A vitro-ceramic cook top over the oven is flanked by a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Convenient appliances like toaster, coffeemaker, kettle and duster are provided, along with iron and ironing board in a large cupboard.

  • This Paris vacation rental apartment is air conditioned and secured by an entry code and intercom device. 

  • WIFI internet installed with access to unlimited free connection.

You night manager was even willing to come over at night when we thought we were locked out. Then there was the matter of the broken corkscrew, that you so quickly replaced. You handled both the big and small problems with graciousness. We feel a link to Notre Dame and the Seine River , our last vision at night and our first in the morning. Dear Philippe and Christophe, We had an absolutely wonderful stay at LOTUS. The breathtaking view of Notre Dame never grew old. We loved seeing it in all different lights. It made just being in our Pied à Terre a dazzling experience. Additionally, the apartment was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We enjoyed being able to cook and having a comfortable place to share a glass of wine and dinner at the end of the day. The location of LOTUS is perfect - right in the center of the city and easy to get to everything. Lots of shops and restaurants just in the neighborhood. Additionally, the Museum Pass was a godsend - made our museum experience easy and much less expensive. Thank you for all your help. We will definitely call you next time we are coming to Paris. The view is STUNNING and with triple thick windows the apt. is also very quiet.
