The Impasse Guéménée is a quiet street on the Right Bank just a few minutes away from the architecturally famous Place de Vosges. The Marais, the Bastille Opera House, the Seine, Ile Saint-Louis and Notre-Dame de Paris are within easy walking distance. This town house is also close to rue de Rivoli where one can find shops and restaurants.

VACATION RENTAL FEATURES IN TOWNHOUSE PROPERTY:
· The entrance to this large town house is located on a quiet side street near the prestigious Place des Vosges. Through a small courtyard you will arrive in this incredible haven of peace. Entry can be through the kitchen, veranda or the breakfast room. The veranda is entirely enclosed by glass. Here is an ideal place for enjoying a meal or relaxing in the sun. Being water-tight and heated, the veranda is also practical at any time of the year.
· The ground floor spreads around the courtyard on three sides. There is the kitchen, breakfast room, veranda and a large, light filled bedroom. There is also the elegant dining room, the vast living room and the very cozy fumoir. A beautiful staircase leads up to the upper floors. An elevator is also at your disposition.
· The first floor has two bedroom suites. Each one has a king size bed and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing area and an enormous bathroom with W.C. The walls are dressed not with wall papers, but with subtly patterned fabrics of a soft, taupe color. The art work (contemporary and eighteenth century) is quite impressive and, as always, fits perfectly into the setting. The dressing area is well organized with ample space for arranging your clothes. The bath room is lovely in brown-beige marble.
· The study is a comfortable room in which to work. The desk is large and electric outlets are nearby in case you need to plug in a lap top computer. A love seat offers a comfortable place to relax in front of the small fire place. A large collection of books are at your disposal.
· On the third floor is another large bedroom and a smaller one. The former of these two is somewhat informal in comparison to the other suitesThe suite consists of a bedroom area, dressing room, and a full bathroom. There is also a large study is this suite.
· The second suite, albeit smaller, is ravishing. A grand half-canopied bed graces the center of this room. There is also a dressing room and a full bathroom.
· If you were to take the elevator down to the lowest level of the house, you will find another small bedroom suite, the laundry room and the swimming pool room. The pool is 7 meters by 3.5 meters. It is heated and, if you wish to exercise, powerful jets of water will allow you to swim in place. The pool room its self is very warm so as to avoid any discomfort upon getting out of the water. Adjacent to the pool is a relaxation area with a shower. If you find yourself in need of refreshment, a spiral staircase in one corner leads up to the kitchen.
· A strong box to store your valuable is available.
· WIFI internet installed with access to unlimited free connection.
· The building is equipped with an intercom device, for your security and privacy. Landlady is present.
· This exceptional Deluxe Large apartment has been entirely renovated. It offers 5 bedrooms and a rare number amenities. There is a butler at your disposition during weekdays from breakfast until 4pm. There is housekeeping staff during 4 hours per day on weekdays. Towels are changed daily.

Rose apartment is situated in an 18th-century mansion and has two levels – comprising living area and kitchen downstairs and bedroom upstairs – and this gorgeous balcony overlooking the river. “Mr Kyritsis wanted to live life à la Parisienne in a place where he would have the comforts of a traditional French home and be able to cook, entertain or just relax, so he came to us,” says Guest Apartment Services director Philippe Pée.
