Dear Mr. Pee and Mr. Chastel, Thanks for everything. I had one of the best times ever in Paris, and I want you to know you will always be my first choice agency in Paris. Your service is incomparable, and your tactfulness and graciousness is always appreciated. I hope you enjoy the wine. I kept reading about Cotes de Blaye and asked a local merchant to recommend a good one, but other than that I have not much serious knowledge of wines other than to know I haven't met a French wine I didn't love. I have a special fondness for the studio apartments at 1, Quai de Bourbon, and as I had the chance to invite some friends over while I was there, and they all admired the studio, I gave them the address and website information about your agency. I'm sure there will be at least a few new clients getting in touch with you in the near future. Everything went well on the trip home, with the taxi service arriving right on the dot of 11:30. The driver was helpful and polite. My best wishes for a wonderful end to 2007 and an even more prosperous and successful 2008. I wanted to thank you both for making our second stay in Paris on Ile Saint Louis so enjoyable and so memorable. You are both so warm and gracious that we feel we were visiting old friends. We can't imagine staying any place else in Paris than in one of your beautiful apartments on Ile Saint Louis. Thank you for your recommendation of Le Fin Gourmet. We enjoyed it so much that we ate there 2 nights. Also, we enjoyed a wonderful bottle of Montrachet from Bachy-LeGros..I remembered the wine tasting from last year when we visited that you so graciously invited us to. Also, thank you so much for arranging the tickets for us to the Portuguese Horse Show at Bercy. The seats were indeed VIP...front row... and it was an incredible performance. What a wonderful few days in Paris. Your studio on Quai de Bourbon was everything we wanted, magnificent location , wonderful outlook and delightfully appointed (forget hotel rooms).Your service was magnificent starting with collection at CDG by Victor's Limousines a great idea which saved us trying to find somewhere unfamiliar and the driver couldn't have been more helpful (please pass our thanks).A couple of minor hitches, largely if not wholly attributable to my inadequacies were dealt with instantly by Jean Paul. We particularly enjoyed the visit to some of your other apartments and were hugely impressed in all of them (including our studio) by the furnishings and of course the first class bed linen. Your restaurant recommendation of Le Villaret was a highlight a magnificent meal and for a cheese lover like me the cheese selection and presentation was literally unforgettable (I counted 19 cheeses).
