All our properties offer amenities and welcome services included during your entire stay to make your Parisian experience unique and unforgettable.
Here is a singular list of all equipment and services included for each rental.

A complete Control of Amenities offered in most of our properties :

Updated Plasma Screen: -Colour television with remote control.
Cable TV with all main international channels available: CNN, BBC world, BBC prime, Rai Uno, Bloomberg US, ZDF, TVE1, RTP1, French channels and Music channels...).

Movies at home: New DVD Players compatible with zone 2 European in most of our properties. - VCR available in certain properties..
DVD's rental places recommendations for original version movies.

Music for pleasure: Hi-fi stereo system with CD player.

Telephone available with open line for all national and international calls without restrictions (entering calls are free, local and international calls are payable). We charge France Telecom rates and do not take any commission on telephone consumption. France Telecom tabulates calls made on the number and communicates the amount directly to us for security purposes.

- Automatic Alarm clock with telephone service.
- Answering machine available with personalized messages.
- Fax machine available on specific properties.

New 2007 High Speed Internet with unlimited free connection , DSL. ( Most properties have now this service, but please check if the property you are interested in is equipped).

As for the beds: Our main concern is quality and hygiene. Our company absolutely refuses to use the linens of the direct owner which are usually of highly variable quality. Our company also refuses to work with subcontractors to care for linen usually of variable quality. Our company owns its Own Professional cleaning service which dries & irons all linen, towels & bathrobes.

A complete Sanitary control : We alone provide you with a complete set of towels, quality cotton bed sheets, and pillows, all of DORMA TM or LAURA ASHLEY TM quality. Mattress comfort is always controlled. Duvets and/or blankets are provided and are hygienically controlled. Extra pillows or comforters are available. Extra linens are also at your disposal such as: Table cloths, tea towels...

Welcome products : Basic care sets with shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are at your disposal for each arrival.
-A hair dryer is also present on each bathroom.
-Hangers, iron and ironing board are available on each property.

Baby facilities
Complete crib bed and highchair for children up to 2 years old are available upon request. Free delivery and installation. This service has to be organized during your booking reservation.

Maid service included with change of bed linen and/or towels (stated in each rental term).
Housekeeping assistance with 1 , 2 or 3 hours included (stated in the rental terms).
Final cleaning included after check out.

Electrical equipment appliances: Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric burners,... (other electrical equipment is present depending the selection and the size of the property: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, safe). Dish soap and powdered detergent for dishwasher are provided for convenience. For reasons of possible individual allergies we are sorry that we cannot provide laundry detergent for the washing machine.

Kitchen: Dishes, mains utensils, glassware, cutlery, electrical coffeemaker ,electric toaster, reception dish services, table clothes...

Comfort during the Summer season:
- Fans available for our guests during the summer season.
- Air conditioning system available on specific properties ( Portable AC also available for rent) .

Safety Box : Each apartment is equipped with strong box to secure your valuables, passports...

Truly personalized services: Reservations in advance for certain restaurants with specific privileged contacts, Opéra Tickets with secured reservations (only excellent seats provided), cabaret, theatre and exhibition tickets, possible help on travel and train tickets.

The Monthly Guest News : An updated list of selected activities on What's Happening in Paris during your stay - all cultural exhibitions, fashions shows, sports, popular events & other shows are presented in this document and is offered to our guests on arrival.

Les Gourmets de l'Ile Saint Louis : A selected, objective list of all fine shops to be founded on Ile Saint Louis and areas is also offered you upon arrival to make your daily Parisian life more enjoyable.
