Bon Matin, Christophe and staff,
A belated note to tell you how appreciative I was of the wonderful service you and your staff provided to us. When our original apartment became unavailable due to renovation delays you were left with very little time to try to find us a new place to stay.  It must have been a very anxious time for you and your staff but you were magnificent. I was very grumpy and you were very professional in handling a cantankerous old lady.  You moved us not once but twice!! We didn't have to lift a finger in the move. Both apartments on the banks of the Seine were lovely.  Arranging to have us picked up and returned to Charles de Gaulle made a tiring day so much easier. My family think of you and your staff with very fond memories.  If anyone else besides Christophe is reading this email don't hesitate to use Guest Apartment Services as they are superb.  Much love and many hugs from Canada, Bernice Wood, Napanee, Ontario.
