I returned to Paris after two years and stayed at an apartment  managed by Guest apartments. I have rented an apartment from them every year for the past 15 years and was devastated when I could not return in 2020. You can imagine my excitement and pleasure when I was able to return and found all to be the same. Excellant communication with Guest apartments, arrangements for restaurants, Vincent driver to pick me up at the airport, carry my luggage ( I am 75 years old)  and check me into the apartment,  The apartment on the Ile Saint Louis, very clean with all precautions and lovely. Continued and thorough service from Guest Apartment staff. And Paris. There was about a 1/3 of the normal tourists however everything was open.   Masks have to be worn inside. A vaccine pass is needed to go inside most places. These are easy to obtain with a scheduled fast test at the pharmacy on the island. . Guest apartments will help you arrange the appointments and has updated information regarding pass requirements.. Minor inconvenient. Every one in Paris wore masks inside. There are resistance marches however  French like they are scheduled on Saturdays and in one area. Easily avoided . If you have been afraid to return to Paris, Guest Apartments can and does ensure that your experience will be fabulous.
