On the left bank, the Quai de la Tournelle, where your absolutely exquisite apartment remains, also shelters the renowned high standing restaurant “La Tour d’Argent”. It is also remarkably located near the historic heart of Paris, simply by crossing the Pont de la Tournelle to be on the Isle Saint Louis or walking along the Seine to get to Notre Dame in a few minutes.

The building’s contemporary-style entrance gives safely direct access to your apartment, on the top floor. The 100 square meters are bright and spacious, it offers comfort and elegance in a style inspired by the 70’s. A stone staircase leads to the highlight of the property: the rooftop, a large terrace set to enjoy the magnificent views of the Isle Saint Louis and Notre Dame.

Located in a very secure area, it is central and ideally served by several metro stations, «Pont Marie», «Saint Paul» and bus lines that radiate throughout Paris. All the shops necessary for your stay are located a few steps away: bakery, pharmacy, post office, grocery store, restaurants, fine shops and local markets that offer fresh and local products.

THE APARTMENT

• Reaching the fifth floor, the elevator has a direct access to this spacious and luminous apartment. Passing the door of the 100 square meters, you are welcome by the brightness and the energy that spread from the exceptional space of the main room, styled by wooden floors, mirrors, furniture, chandelier and lamps that create a 70s spirit.
• The apartment is set to give a feeling of openness and comfort. In the main room, three large windows open onto the tree-lined quays, the Pont de la Tournelle, Isle Saint Louis, Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, with a dining area near the fireplace that can welcome 4 persons for fine dinners. The antique carved stone fireplace adds a traditional touch, enhanced by a high mirror, decorated with antique chandeliers and bronze sculpture.
  The Philippe Stark living room with a chocolate-colored fabric sofa and a daybed is set around a 70’s oval table. Two armchairs complete the set. Indirect lighting with elegant contemporary floor lamps put in the right places, create a particularly cozy atmosphere.
  Different mirrors reflect the light to offer a warmer touch, as well as the sepia photos of the Chapelle Sixtine that adorn the walls of the different rooms increase its elegance. Spacious
  and functional cupboards have been created in the wall near the stone staircase that goes up to the terrace. A toilet is available near the elevator door.
• From the main living area, the stone staircase leads you to the sky of Paris. The terrace different areas are dedicated to conviviality and sharing. Fragrant plants, potted plants and flowers adorn this exceptional space. The first level is arranged with an intimate dining area, a water point with a sink is even available for more comfort in this space «out of time». Three wooden steps give access to the upper terrace converted into a sitting area, with on the edge, a table dedicated to the breath-taking spectacle of Notre Dame and sublime sunsets, almost as if you were at the Tour d’Argent!.
• A small hallway leads to the bedrooms, both bordered by a private flowery balcony. At the end of the afternoon they are bathed with sunset light. The courtyard view overlooks the IMA Museum, Boulevard Saint Germain and Pont de Sully.
• On the left, the first bedroom is equipped with a king size bed convertible into twin beds. A large wall cupboard provides enough storage for clothes and luggage. Mango-colored bedside tables, as well as sepia photographs of the Sistine Chapel on the wall enhance the elegant note of this soothing ensemble. The bathroom decorated in brown shades, is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet and several shelves to arrange your personal belonging at your ease. A washer dryer is available in this bathroom.
• On the right, the second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed convertible into twin beds. A contemporary chest of drawers enhanced with mirrors and bedside tables in the 70’s style bring comfort and elegance to this relaxing place. The white tiled bathroom is bright and benefit of the late afternoon sunlight. A large bathtub for two is equipped with a flexible shower. A sink, storage shelves and a toilet complete the set.
• The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and a stainless kitchen hood. For breakfast, there is a Nespresso machine and a traditional coffee maker, a toaster and an electric kettle. A dishwasher and a microwave oven complete the equipment. In the cupboards are stored the utensils, necessary for preparing meals and tableware is available in a small wooden cabinet, near the round table in the dining area.
• The apartment is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system.
