LOCATION
On the Left Bank, this Paris vacation rental apartment is not only very close to the Ile Saint Louis but also to the Latin Quarter and the Ile de la Cité. You will certainly be impressed by the panoramic views the property offers from the windowsand the private terrace : Notre Dame Catherdral, Seine River, Ile Saint Louis, Bastille. A quiet and divine spot to contemplate Paris alive. This Paris apartment is ideally located for easy walking distance to Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame-Cathedral, Jardin des Plantes, Pompidou Centre and sites (Arènes de Lutèce …) but also the famous Rue Mouffetard off the Place de la Contrescarpe… Bakery, grocery, and fine shops are to be found on the Left Bank or also on the Ile Saint Louis just across the river.

- This Paris vacation rental apartment was recently renovated and remodelled.
- New and contemporary materials provide extra comfort: Double glazing on each of the top ceiling doors windows to insure your tranquility. Very large full bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cabin , 2 washbasin and a second separate WC in the corridor, top date kitchen,built in large closet in the corridor .. The general lay out of living space is well organized.
- The property is furnished with an elegant mixture of contemporay design fourniture and quality antiques pieces
- The corridor foyer entrance has large built in closet , a french tall window provide plenty of light . It deserve the kitchen ,the full bathroom ,the living room , a separate WC and the 2 bedrooms
- The separate living room is bathed in the day light with 2 top ceiling door windows to give access to the terrace.The room has kept the original « décor »from the 19th century » bourgeois style » of Haussmann building ;wooden floor parquet point de hongrie in the entire apartment , molding and rosace on the ceiling , gilded mirror and crystal chandellier . A confortable leather sofa with meridien to allow you to relax and enjoy the view or watchcable tv on the flatscream A cocktail table with 2 armchairs, medaillon louis XVI style covered with pink velvet, a white contemporary buffet surmonted by a ancient gilded mirror, a dinning area with design table and four chairs , ad to the confort and elegance of the room.
- One of the main spot of this apartment is certainely the long terrace/balcony offering fantastic Paris Vision. An excellent place to be and seat for Sunset cocktails and Morning croissant breakfast.
- The master bedroom offers a king sized bed ( convertible in 2 twin beds ) with a beautifull black padded head board. Two charming bedside tables are on each side, with reading lamps, matching with a grand mirrored wardrobe from 19th century. A louis XVI style wood desk with a confortable chair and 2 black carpet complete this large bedroom.The tall ceiling door window give access to the terrace.
- The Large updated bathroom has all white tiles and a large lit mirror, a bathtub with shower fixture, a separate shower cabin, double washbasins, toiletries and WC. Hair dryer and towel warmer are available.
- The second bedroom adjoins the living room and separated by large double french door. This room has a queen size bed ( convertible in 2 twin bed ) 2 bedside table and reading lamp, and a mirrored wardrobe.
- The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the main electrical items are present : large refrigerator with freezer, unit with oven and gas burners, coffeemaker, electrical kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer combination unit. All the main dishes, cutlery, glassware are provided for your convenience.
- For a maximum comfort, other modern electrical appliances are at your disposal in this weekly rental A flatscream TV with cable offering the main international channels with CNN, BBC, …A new DVD player , hi-fi stereo with CD player, Private telephone line with answering machine.
