LOCATION
This Paris vacation apartment is located at the centre of the Ile Saint Louis. It is very close to the best bread bakery (chez Mr Martin) as well as to the world famous Berthillon ice cream parlour. This furnished apartment is situated on the second floor of a building with an elevator. The entire building and this apartment have been very recently restored. Located off of a bright courtyard. You will be at the centre of Paris and within 5 minutes walking distance to subway stations Pont Marie and Saint Paul. The island offers everything for your daily life, plus so many amenities to make your vacation unforgettable. Galleries, shops, cafés, restaurant and other services are all located here. The major attractions such as the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Pompidou centre, the Marais are within 15 minutes walk of the island.
THE APARTMENT
- This apartment is equipped with central heating.
- Simple charm of a contemporary Parisian residence.

- The salon has been organized into a living area, dining area and an open kitchen.
- The dining area provides a carved oak table with comfortable seating for 2 to 4 persons. A lovely secretary desk provides room for writing or working on your laptop. Nearby is a large comfortable sofa and cocktail table for cosy reading, relaxing and entertaining. The large sofa bed provides room for extra guests.
- The separate bedroom offers a Queen sized bed in a light and charming oriental style. A very large closet provides ample storage space. The window is draped with contemporary blinds. The shutters assure complete privacy and darkness when you desire it.
- The separate granite and porcelain tiled bathroom is equipped with a bath tub and a shower, lit washbasin, mirror, towel warmer and wc. Hair dryer available. You will also find there the brand new washer/Dryer for your laundry.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances: refrigerator, freezer, conventional oven, microwave oven, infrared ceramic cook top, coffee maker, toaster, silverware.
- Additional appliances for this Paris serviced apartment: Complete hi-fi stereo with CD player, large flat screen TV equipped with cable of which CNN and main international channels, and private telephone.
- This property has the added benefit of free unlimited WiFi access.
