All our properties offer amenities and welcome services included during your entire stay to make your Parisian experience unique and unforgettable. Here is a singular list of all equipment and services included for each rental.

Services

Personalized Limousine service (additional payable service).
A private minibus or limo with an English speaking driver can be reserved to accommodate any number of passengers, from one person up to 6. for transfer to or from Airport & train station.

All prices provided on our RENTAL TERMS are included, except for the Paris City tax (5,00 Euros / person /day).
There are no hidden extra charges stated in the RENTAL TERMS.

Multilingual professionals and a dynamic staff.
Personalized welcome for your arrival during our offices open hours: Mondays to Fridays from 10:30am until 6.30pm without interruption.
Weekend arrivals can be organized and are subject to specific arrival procedure stated on the rental terms.

Concierge services:
Our concierge service will accompany you during your stay and assist you with your reservations in advance for restaurants with privileged contacts, Opéra Tickets with secured reservations (only for top category seats), cabaret, theatre and exhibitions … Personalized recommendation on visits outside Paris or Daily Trips to: Giverny, Versailles castle, candlelight visit at Vaux Le Vicomte castle on Spring season ( May through October), Chartres, Fontainebleau, Chantilly, discoveries of the Loire Valley selected castles, Mont Saint Michel, Normandy between Rouen & Honfleur, Burgundy, Bordeaux in a privileged guesthouse or private visit to vineyards. Please note that Guest Apartment Services is not licensed as an incoming agency and only can recommend its personal expertise.

Truly personalized services:
Reservations in advance for certain restaurants with specific privileged contacts, Opéra Tickets with secured reservations (only fort excellent 1st category seats provided ), cabaret, theatre and exhibition tickets, possible help on travel and train tickets.

Parisian restaurants:
From casual bistros, tea salons, or trendy restaurants, for intimate, romantic or gastronomic restaurants, up to the TOP 10 restaurants; enjoy our UPDATED LISTING . (The Chef is still there!). We are pleased to arrange your reservation for Lunch or Dinner.

The Cultural events guide:
An updated list of cultural events like opera, ballet, theater, major exhibitions or cabaret is especially sent upon your reservation, in order to book in advance the most important events during your stay.

Les Gourmets de l'Ile Saint Louis:
An objective selected list of all fine shops to be found on Ile Saint Louis and in the neighborhood is offered upon your arrival to make your daily Parisian life more enjoyable. Open air markets, the best bakeries, pastries, cheese or wine shops are such confidential information we will share with you.

Organisational help and suggestions for special events:
Wedding anniversary, honeymooners, birthday celebration or just for pleasure…

Cooking Lessons:
We are pleased to provide you a complete listing of several non-formal but reliable cooking classes.

Fitness:
We are pleased to provide you a complete listing of several quality fitness clubs which accept daily registration.

Your Paris Address:
We are pleased to collect your personal mail and package in our office and deliver it to your apartment, during your time of stay.
Free fax reception and pick-up at our office, at your discretion.

Permanent Maintenance & Security of the property is assured during all your stay.

Colour television with remote control.
Cable TV with all main international channels available:

CNN, BBC world, BBC prime, Rai Uno, Bloomberg US, ZDF, TVE1, RTP1, French channels and Music channels…).

Movies at home:
New DVD Players compatible only with zone 2 European in most of our properties.
DVD's rental places recommendations for original version movies. Please note that DVD players are not compatible with US and Australian DVDS standards.

Music for pleasure: Hi-fi stereo system with CD player.

Telephone:
Available with open line for all national and international calls without restrictions (entering calls are free, local and international calls are free on landlines only with some restrictions). We charge France Telecom rates and do not take any commission on telephone consumption.

Automatic Alarm clock with telephone service.
– Answering machine available with personalized messages.
– For business concern: complimentary Fax machine service available and included in your rental (for reception or/and sent document), at your discretion.

High Speed Internet WIFI with unlimited free connection.
All our properties are equipped with unlimited High Speed internet connection.

As for the beds:
Our main concern is quality and hygiene. Our company owns its own linen, towels and bathrobes as well as its Professional cleaning service.

A complete Sanitary control:
We provide you with a complete set of towels, quality cotton bed sheets, all designed personally for GUEST APARTMENT SERVICES by palaces suppliers. Mattress comfort is always controlled. Duvets, pillows and/or blankets are provided and are hygienically certified. Extra pillows or comforters are available. Extra linens are also at your disposal such as: Table cloths, tea towels…

Welcome products designed by Guest Apartment Services Paris:
Basic care sets with shampoo, shower gel, soap, and toilet paper are at your disposal for each arrival, as well as:

– A hair dryer is in every bathroom.

– Hangers, iron and ironing board are available on each property.

– Toilet paper supplied during the entire period of stay.

Baby facilities:
Fully equipped crib bed and highchair for children up to 2 years old are available upon request. Free delivery and installation. This service has to be organized during your booking reservation.

Maid Service including with a change of sheets and/or towels (defined in the rental conditions for each rental). Cleaning of 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours included in your stay (confirmed in the rental conditions for each rental). The final cleaning is included.

Electrical equipment appliances:
Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric burners, (Other electrical equipment is present depending the type and the size of the property: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, safe). Dish soap and powdered detergent for dishwasher are provided for convenience. For reasons of possible individual allergies we are sorry that we cannot provide laundry detergent for the washing machine.

Kitchen:
Dishes, main utensils, glassware, cutlery, electrical coffee maker, electric toaster, reception dish services, table clothes…

Comfort during the Summer season:
Air conditioning available for specific properties. Fans at disposition during the Summer season.

Safety Box:
Each apartment is equipped with strong box to secure your valuables, passports…
