• The spacious living room has been tastefully decorated with antique furniture, an elegant blend of classic and modern paintings and elaborate lighting. It creates a welcoming feeling with exposed beams on a side wall and the ceiling, the parquet is decorated with a large wool carpet, matching the coral tone of the back wall. As for the seating arrangement, a large sofa can comfortably accommodate 3 people and is centred on a cocktail table. Two elegant duck blue armchairs and an elegant antique wooden dresser complete the cosy touch of this space, perfect for conviviality, a quiet rest after a long day of cultural visits.

• Next to the open kitchen, the dining room with a wooden table seating four persons is ideal for dinners with family or friends. An antique cabinet secretary and, on the wall, a beach scene painting complete the warm atmosphere of this space, dedicated to the pleasures of the gastronomical experiences.

• Facing the family room, the fully equipped American kitchen invites you to cook while sharing special moments. For your comfort there is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, for breakfast, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. All the necessary cutlery, glassware and crockery are available in the many built in cabinets. A dishwasher a washer and a dryer are also available.

• The master bedroom, accessed from the dining room, offers a queen size bed. A large mirrored closet provides enough space for elegant dinner outfits. Two reading lamps on each side of the bed create a comfortable relaxing atmosphere. An old desk completes the elegant touch of the room. The private bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and sink, as well as all the amenities.

• The peaceful second bedroom, accessed through a corridor adorned with two vegetalized windows faces the courtyard. It offers a comfortable queen size bed with two reading lamps. A wall cupboard is available. The adjoining bathroom is accessible from the hallway, it is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and all amenities.
  The separate toilet is available before the living room entrance.
