After many years of using a particular Holiday Apartment Rental Agency for our almost annual stay in May/June in Paris we used Guest Apartment Services île Saint Louis as we especially enjoy staying on île Saint Louis or île de la Cité.

Our expectations for a professional and personal service for the reservation process was exceeded and the additional information provided for surrounds and events most apppreciated.

Management and staff have a very positive and engaging attitude.

The Apartment and facilities were all that was promised in the online description with no disappointments.

Settling in questions were handled with speed and professionalism.

The weekly Housekeeping Service was excellent. 

Event after checkout an issue that was a bit of an anomaly was addressed and resolved positively and expeditiously.

In summary, the property fully lived up to its promise and our expectations and the staff and management are to be commended for their professionalism and Customer Service.
