Our stay in Ortensia and hosted by Guest Services lacked nothing. When we opened the doors to our apartment we were greeted by a lovely bouquet of red roses and white lilies. The three rooms were sparkling clean. All the appliances worked in the kitchen, the sheets on the bed were fresh and the towels in the bathrooms deep and plush. Our quiet street offered a refuge from the busy times out in the city. The courtyard off our bedroom echoed the soft cooing of pigeons and the occasional sound of footsteps on the cobblestones below. Our neighbors were quiet, friendly, and evidenced pride in their building. The few times we asked for help from Guest Services, their response was immediate and always friendly. They bent over backwards to make our stay easy. The cleaning service provided, too, was superb and consistent. The drivers to and from the airport were courteous, friendly, and completely helpful. Neither of us can say enough positive things about this apartment and the management of it.
