You all were very easy to work with and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. You answered my questions before our visit, timely and thoroughly. The guest handbook you created for the apartment with information on museums, shopping, food, etc. was very helpful; we travel to Paris quite often, and there were places and things to do I didn't even know about. The mid-week cleaning service is a nice touch as all the other apartments we've rented do not provide this type of service. I have already recommended you to many of our friends who have asked us where to stay while in Paris. We will contact you again to book another stay for our family visit in the future. We had the most wonderful time in Paris. It is truly the most magical and beautiful City. We loved our apartment. It was perfect, especially with its new corkscrew. Everyone we have spoken has heard what a fabulous company you have and how professional you are. We felt that you really supported us and made us feel safe and at home. You night manager was even willing to come over at night when we thought we were locked out. Then there was the matter of the broken corkscrew, that you so quickly replaced. You handled both the big and small problems with graciousness. We feel a link to Notre Dame and the Seine River , our last vision at night and our first in the morning. Life can not get any better than that. We enjoyed working with Thomas, who handled our paper work in Paris. He was a delight and very helpful. Your Drivers were fantastic! Dear Philippe and Christophe, We had an absolutely wonderful stay at LOTUS. The breathtaking view of Notre Dame never grew old. We loved seeing it in all different lights. It made just being in our Pied à Terre a dazzling experience. Additionally, the apartment was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We enjoyed being able to cook and having a comfortable place to share a glass of wine and dinner at the end of the day. The location of LOTUS is perfect - right in the center of the city and easy to get to everything. Lots of shops and restaurants just in the neighborhood. Additionally, the Museum Pass was a godsend - made our museum experience easy and much less expensive. Thank you for all your help. We will definitely call you next time we are coming to Paris.
