One of the most prestigious addresses in Paris, this exquisite Paris apartment for rent is situated right on the tip of the Ile Saint-Louis and overlooks the river Seine as it flows at your feet. Here you are right in the centre of Paris and within easy walking distance of the Louvre, Pompidou Centre, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Latin and Marais quarters, as well as within a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway stations. This building was built during "La belle époque" after the style of Baron Haussmann in the second half of the 19th century.

The building itself was built during the high point of urban renewal in Paris in the second half of the 19th century in the style made famous by architectural legend, the baron Haussmann.
