This is the second time we've rented an apartment from them, roughly 15 years apart. In both cases, the apartment was spotless (they now also provided us bathrobes-- nice not to lug your own), well furnished and equipped with appliances. And if you're so inclined (or need to do so if you arrive on a weekend) the limo service they use is excellent, drivers are cordial and are happy to tote your luggage up/down stairs -- the unit we love with a grand view of the River Seine doesn't have an elevator. And prices are reasonable given Paris real estate in such a prime area. View more

Dear Christophe and Philippe, I am writing to thank you for a wonderful stay at Jasmin. Although I have been to Paris a few times before, this was my first visit as a solo female traveler. I felt extremely comfortable and safe in your Jasmin apartment. It was beautiful, extremely clean (not a speck of dust anywhere), and well-appointed. The views over the Siene were fantastic and the location was perfect for walking everywhere. I have rented apartments from three other agencies over the past three years, and your agency was by far the absolute best. You are the only apartment agency I have rented with that provides bathrobes and slippers, chocolates, a nice supply of toiletries, midweek cleaning service, quick follow up after checkout, and a large bottled water and juice upon arrival (most agencies provide wine, but, quite frankly, after a long flight, the first thing one really wants is a cold glass of water or juice). I also have to mention the cleanliness/quality again, as I have stayed in luxury apartments that had dust in corners and bedding and towels that looked a little too worn. Lastly, your staff were all extemely helpful and kind. I will defintely rent from you in the future and will recommend your agency to as many people as possible. My husband and I stayed in Jasmin for 8 nights in November and it was simply perfect. The photographs of the apartment are very accurate- it is light and bright with its corner positioning(perfect for the city of light!), beautifully appointed with a well functioning kitchen and comfortably furnished. The precise and thoughtful layout make it feel quite a bit larger than it square footage as the placement of the bed, in an alcove and raised, really separate it quite well from the rest of the apartment. The location was great as it is on a corner street with a lovely river view that manages to be fairly quiet because the apartment is so high up and the street is slightly less busy than some other corners and it is, as is the entire Ile, so convenient to the rest of Paris. All that one might need for your own grocery needs are on the Ile itself, and the balance of Paris is within an easy walk- left and right bank. We had been accustomed to renting an apartment on the Left Bank, but will rent on Ile St. Louis from now on as it is a wonderful feeling of calm to cross one of the bridges and find you have left some of the hectic pace of the busy city on the other side of the river! The office made booking easy and they helped us secure wonderful opera tickets and made some great recommendations for new restaurants for us to try. Finally we used the car service and found them to be very helpful and well coordinated to let us into the apartment on a Sunday. Our stay in Paris was incredible! Your "Jasmin" apartment was an ideal base for exploring central Paris. We were only steps away from everything we needed: post office, ATM machine, boulangerie, grocery shops, and a wonderful restaurant from your guide; Les Fous De L'Ile. Our view over the Pont Marie and along the Seine was a delight. The "people watching" was an added enjoyment. Even the weather cooperated; we did not need our umbrellas at all. Not only because we ended up staying in the “JASMIN” , our favorite apartment, but also due to a number of things, especially the extraordinary , friendly and personable service. Usually we Brazilians are reluctant to rent an apartment instead of staying in hotels when travelling, because often we don´t really know what to expect. In our case, cleanness has always been a major concern. Because of that, we have many times ended up staying in small over-priced hotel rooms.
